I’ve spent my career in the insurance world, focused on sales, leadership and transformation – helping businesses grow while staying true to what really matters. I’m deeply passionate about the purpose of insurance, being there for people when they need it most.

I’ve spent my career in the insurance world, focused on sales, leadership and transformation – helping businesses grow while staying true to what really matters. I’m deeply passionate about the purpose of insurance, being there for people when they need it most. I was acting NZI EGM at the time of the first Christchurch Earthquake and saw firsthand what this meant, and it’s something that continues to drive me every day. I love building high-performing teams, simplifying the complex, and working alongside brokers to find practical solutions that help them deliver for their clients (with a bit of energy and humor along the way).

Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m on the move – whether that’s Pilates, long walks, cycling somewhere beautiful, or planning the next travel adventure. I also love getting stuck into a great book, discovering good food and coffee, and cheering on the South Sydney Rabbitohs (through the highs and lows!). Most importantly, I love spending time with my husband and family – they’re my world.
